What happens after you get in touch

To get it right from the first call

It is not essential, but if you send us any of the following by WhatsApp or email, our first proposal will be far more accurate:

  • A recent electricity bill (ideally one from winter and one from summer).
  • Photos of the roof or terrace and of the electrical panel.
  • The address or the cadastral reference.
  • For heat pumps: your current heating system and the size of the house in m².

Where we work

We are based in Palma and work all over Mallorca, from Andratx to Capdepera and from Pollença to ses Salines. As a Mallorcan company we know each town hall’s procedures and each area’s climate.
