Frequently asked questions
How much can I save with solar panels in Mallorca?
It depends on your consumption and how much energy you use during the day, but bill reductions of 50–70% are common, and more with a battery. We prepare a free study based on your actual bills.
Can you manage everything while I am not on the island?
Yes. Many of our clients live abroad part of the year. We coordinate access, installation and all paperwork, and keep you updated by email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your system from your phone anywhere.
Do you handle permits and grants?
Yes. Our turnkey service includes the technical project, town hall permits, registration with the Balearic authorities, grid connection and applications for grants and property tax (IBI) rebates.
What warranty does my installation have?
On top of the statutory warranty on the installation, you get the manufacturers’ warranties: 10 years on Fronius inverters, 25 years on Enphase microinverters and up to 15 years on Vaillant heat pumps with the official maintenance plan.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We can look at financing options for your installation with you. Just ask when you request your proposal.
Are you certified installers?
Yes. Sysefen is a certified installer for Fronius (inverters), Tesla (Powerwall batteries and Wall Connector chargers), Vaillant and Saunier Duval (heat pumps). Certification gives us training and direct manufacturer support, and lets us register your system with full warranty cover.
