Design and build

From 3D model to finished installation

We model the building services in 3D with CYPE before setting foot on site: underfloor heating layout room by room, manifolds, ducts, plant room and routes. Clashes with structure and joinery are caught early, quantities come straight from the model, and what gets built is what was designed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work on new builds and renovations?

Yes. On new builds we get involved from the design stage; on renovations we adapt the solution to the existing installation and available space.

Can you take on just one stage?

Yes. We can provide only calculations and documentation, or also handle supply, installation and permits.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Mallorca: detached houses, apartment buildings, hotels, warehouses, offices and owners’ associations.
